  • I am a semi-crunchy mom of two toddlers, with a major in performance, I have a musical background and education, I created Grape Jammers—play-based music classes for 0-5 year olds, I’m a prior preschool teacher, former performer for major theme parks, and I LOVE working with children—they have the best outlook on life and their energy is contagious!

  • I send out a newly themed monthly Mailbox Melodies on the 15th of every month via USPS. We are a snail mail club and believe the magic is in doing it the old school way with no tracking. Mail usually arrives between 3-7 business days. We are based in California.

    Note: If you sign up for your subscription by the 5th of the current month, you will receive that month’s Mailbox Melodies. If you sign up after the 5th of the current month, you wont be charged until the next month and will receive the following month’s Mailbox Melodies.

  • You can reach us anytime via my email hello@mailboxmelodies.net. I have two toddlers myself but aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, you can do so in your customer portal HERE. Please reach out if you need any assistance.

  • Mailbox Melodies Refund Policy

    Thank you for subscribing to Mailbox Melodies by Grape Jammers.

    Because Mailbox Melodies is a subscription-based product that includes physical media and printed materials, the following refund policy applies.

    Subscription Billing

    Mailbox Melodies is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

    Subscription prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

    Refunds

    Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed.

    This includes:

    • Monthly subscription payments

    • Promotional subscription plans

    • Subscription boxes that have already been prepared or shipped

    Once a billing cycle has begun, that month’s subscription is considered active and is not refundable.

    Damaged or Missing Items

    If your Mailbox Melodies package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    When possible, we will send a replacement for the damaged or missing item.

    To request assistance, please include:

    • Your name

    • Order email

    • Shipping address

    • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

    Shipping Issues

    We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
